Northwest Community College (NWCC) is a recognized leader in Aboriginal education. Each year NWCC hosts Challenging the Paradigm — a gathering to share ideas and innovative approaches to decolonize post-secondary education. Here, Aboriginal and mainstream pedagogical paradigms are integrated to the benefit of the learner and those who serve their needs.

• Knowing — take away teaching methods that integrate and work in both worlds
